A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CITY
MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE AND KONRAD BOLOWICH
WHEREAS, Konrad Bolowich ("Employee") commenced services as the City Manager
of the City effective January 3, 2022 pursuant to the City of Grand Terrace City Manager
Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") between Employee and the City Council of the
City (the "City Council'); and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to approve the First Amendment to the
Agreement ("First Amendment"), a copy of which is attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace, as follows:
Section 1. The Recitals set forth above are true and correct and are incorporated
into this Resolution by this reference.
Section 2. The First Amendment to the City Manager Employment Agreement
between the City of Grand Terrace and Konrad Bolowich, a copy of which is attached hereto,
is hereby approved.
Section 3. The Mayor is authorized to execute the First Amendment on behalf of
the City subject to City Attorney approval as to form.
Section 4. This Resolution shall immediately take effect upon passage.
PASSED, APPROVED and ORDERED by the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace, California at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of August 022.
