Sixty inches(60") of full-run display advertising space,in the form of two(2)3-column by 10-inchs OR fur(4)3-column by 5-inch ads valued at the 2006 open rate. �.2. VAUE: 17,410.00 f t The City of Grand Terrace will provide: 1 Designation of The l;ress-Enterprise as the exclusive newspaper sponsor in all proniotional materials. The Press-Enterprise will provide official logo. 2. Three(3)VIP tent passes for food and beverages in the`Bat Cave." 3. Parade entry with priority line-up. 4. Compbny banner on ndain stage- 5- Logo bn all promotionk materials including: + Advertising • 'Spots on Grand.Terrace cable access Channel.3 in June/July. Blue Mountain Outlook mailed to 3,400 homes • Poster 6. Public address mentions during festival. 7_ Three(3)VEP parking spaces. 8. First right of refusal in%007. Value:$5,000.00 GENER.AI PROVISIONS: Cif of Grand Terrace will,use such space during the period beginning February I,2006 and ending July 1, 2006 The ads provided to The Press Enterprise MUST BE CAMERA READY, downloaded to htip_//yv w_panet/production and e-mailed to the Marketing Department at least one week prior to first•desired run date. Following the expiration of the term of the agreement, any unused credit on account will be forfeited without recourse.,Requested dates and,ad placement within the paper cannot be assured and are based upon availability. Space in The Press-Enterprise may not be brokered or bartered and will be used for the promotion of the above mentioned event only.No third parties may be promoted or mentioned in this advertising, excluding sponsor logos. The publisher reserves the right to reject, cancel or revise, in whole or in part, any advertisement at any time without notice. The Press Enterprise Co. hereby grants City of Grand Terrace the limited, non-exclusive,non- transferable license to use/display The Press Enterprise logo for the items listed in this letter of agreement. Use of The Press Enterprise Co. trade names shall at all times remain the exclusive property of The Press Enterprise Co.Service marked or trademarked brands used in any manner other than that as set forth in this agreement is expressly prohibited.If brands are used,such an act will constitute an in #ingement of The Press Enterprise Co. intellectual property.
