Approximate Payment Schedule:
- 25%Progress Payment.
- 50%Progress Payment.
- 90%Payment due at submittal:
- 10%Payment due upon approval.
X Balance is always due immediately/30 days is only marginally acceptable.
All prices.are based on project completion date to be within 3 months of the original contract date.
Fees are valid for three (3) months from contract date. A late payment FINANCE CHARGE will -be
computed-at the highest rate the law allows,and will be applied to any unpaid balance commencing 30 days
after the date of thei original invoice. Any balance left unpaid after 30 days will be subject to any legal
means necessary to collect the debt.
The standard provisions set forth on the attached page are incorporated herein and made apart of this
agreement.
The parties hereto have accepted, made and executed this Agreement upon the terms, conditions and
provisions stated above which are incorporated hereinto and made a part of this Agreement. Please return
one signed copy of this agreement to me. The other copy is for your files. Thank you very much.

STANDARD PROVISIONS OF AGREEMENT
Client and consultant agree that the following provisions shall be part of their agreement.
1. Client.and consultant agree to cooperate with each other in every-way on project.
2. All original papers, documents, drawings and other work product of consultant and copies thereof,
produced by consultant pursuant to this agreement, except documents which are required to be filed
with public agencies, shall remain the-property'of consultant and may be used without the consent
of client.
3. In the event all of any portion of the work prepared or partially prepared by consultant be
suspended,abandoned, or terminated, client shall.pay consultant full fee.
4. If any action at law or equity, including an action for declaratory relief, is brought to enforce or
interpret the provisions of this agreement including an action for professional or other negligence,
or breach of contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable,attomey's fees which fees
may be set by the court in the same action or in a separate action brought for that purpose, in
addition to any other relief to which he may be entitled.
