1997-02 RESOLUTION NO. 97-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-10 AND
AMENDING THE DESIGNATED LOCATIONS FOR POSTING PUBLIC
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE PUBLISHED OR POSTED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE,DECLARE,DETERMINE,AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Rescission-Resolution No. 85-10 is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Legal Requirement - All Ordinances, Resolutions, Notices, and Public
Documents required by law to be published or posted shall be posted in at least three (3) public
places within the City of Grand Terrace in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933 of the
Government Code.
SECTION 3. PostingPlaces laces-That said posting shall be in the following three (3) locations:
(a) City Hall
(b) Senior Center
(c) Grand Terrace Branch Library
