1997-10 RESOLUTION NO. 97- to A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET OF ESTIMATED REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98 WHEREAS, local agency is required to adopt a budget for the subsequent fiscal year for estimated revenues and expenditures; and WHEREAS, every local governmental agency shall file with the county auditor of the county in which the agency conducts its principal operations, a budget for the fiscal year then in progress; and WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff members have thoroughly reviewed and analyzed the proposed budget in order to determine the needs of the City of Grand Terrace; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a budget for Fiscal Year 1997-98, a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk's Office, is hereby adopted for the City of Grand Terrace with estimated revenues of $ 4,983,735, use of available fund balance of $ 126,163, interfund transfers of $ 130,166, for a total source of funds of $ 5,240,064 and total estimated expenditures of $ 4,743,301 . Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Resolution and the adopted Fiscal Year 1997-98 Budget to the Auditor-Controller of the County of San Bernardino.
