1998-05 RESOLUTION NO. 98-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING
AUTHORIZED OFFICIALS FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS
AND SIGNING DOCUMENTS FOR EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE GRANTS FROM THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Grand Terrace is a member of the County of San
Bernardino Emergency Operational Area; and
WHEREAS, as a participant in the Operational Area, the City is eligible to receive
grants to assist in the preparation of emergency plans and training to enable the City to
respond to disasters; and
WHEREAS, the Emergency Management Assistance Program Grant requires the
designation of Authorized Officials to execute documents on behalf of the City of Grand
Terrace in order to obtain funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND TERRACE AS FOLLOWS:
The individuals whose names, titles and specimen signatures which appear below are
hereby designated as Authorized Officials and are authorized to execute for and in behalf
of the City of Grand Terrace, a public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, applications and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance.
