2.Adopt A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REPORT OF DELINQUENT
FEES .DIRECTING THAT SUCH DELINQUENT FEES AS OF
AUGUST 21 st BE COLLECTED ON THE TAX ROLL AND BE
IMPOSED AS AN ASSESSMENT UPON PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE.
