RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR COST SHARING OF STATE HIGHWAY
ELECTRICAL FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Transportation, has presented an
Agreement for cost sharing of State highway electrical facilities in the City of Grand Terrace
effective as of July 13 , 2000, and to remain in effect until amended or terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard/read said Agreement in full and is familiar with the
contents thereof
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace that said
Agreement for cost sharing of electrical facilities of the State highways in the City is hereby
approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July , 2000.
