1988-10 RESOLUTION NO. 88-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-52
AND APPOINTING JOHN R. HARPER AS CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, Section 36505 of the Government Code provides
for the appointment of a City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the. City of Grand
Terrace DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows :
Section 1 . Rescission - That Resolution No. 80-52 is
hereby rescinded in. its entirety.
Section 2 . That said City Council hereby appoints
John R. Harper as the City Attorney for the City of Grand
Terrace .
ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1988 .
