-' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE , CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET OF
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1989-90
WHEREAS , a local agency is required to adopt a budget
for the subsequent fiscal year for estimated revenues and ex-
penditures ; and
WHEREAS , every local governmental agency shall file
with the county auditor of the county in which the agency con-
ducts its principal operations , a budget for the fiscal year then
in progress ; and
WHEREAS , the City Council and Staff members have thor-
oughly ' -reviewed and analyzed the proposed budget in order to
determine the needs of the City of Grand Terrace ;
NOW THEREFORE , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE , DECLARE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That a budget for Fiscal Year 1989-90 , a
copy of which is on file in the City Clerk ' s office , is hereby
adopted for the City of Grand Terrace with total estimated rev-
enues of $3 , 997 , 035 .00 and total estimated expenditures of
$3 , 551 , 176 .00 and transfer of $100 ,000 . 00 to the General Fund
Reserve .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
forward a copy of this Resolution and the adopted Fiscal Year
1989-90 Budget to the Auditor-Controller of the County of San
Bernardino .
ADOPTED this 20th day of June , 1989 .
