1989-14 RESOLUTION NO . 89- 14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE , CALIFORNIA , ESTABLISHING A FOUR-
WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF MAIN AND MICHI-
GAN STREETS .
WHEREAS , due to conditions affecting the welfare of the
public utilizing the intersection of Main and Michigan Streets ,
a need for a four-way stop has arisen ;
NOW , THEREFORE , the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace does hereby RESOLVE , DECLARE , DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows :
Section 1 . That a four-way stop be established at said
intersection .
Section 2 . That City Staff be directed to place stop
signs at said intersection .
Section 3 . That City Staff be directed to place stop
signs when Riverside County has the approval to place their stop
signs .
PASSED , APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of August ,
1989 , by the following vote :
AYES : Councilmembers Pfennighairsen , Singley , Carlstrom;
Mayor Matteson
NOES : None
ABSENT : Mayor Pro Tem Grant
ABSTAIN : None
