TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE AND WILLDAN
FINANCIAL SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 ("Amendment") is made and entered into this s
day of July, 2018, by and between the CITY OF GRAND TERRACE ("City"), and
WILLDAN FINANCIAL SERVICES ("Willdan"),
WHEREAS, the City and the Willdan entered into an Agreement for Professional
Services, Finance Department Services ("Agreement") on May 12, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of the Agreement provides that the Willdan and the City
Manager are authorized to extend the term of the Agreement by two-years to June 30,
2020; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement in order to extend the term
of the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and for other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,
the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 (Term of Agreement) is hereby amended to read as
follows: The term. of the Agreement shall be from July 1, 2015, the effective date
pursuant to Paragraph "38" of the Agreement, and shall end on June 30, 2020.
Section 2. All other terms, conditions, and provisions of the Agreement, to the
extent not modified with this Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment
Number 1 to be executed by and through their respective authorized officers, as of the
date first above written.
