2018-13 RESOLUTION NO. 2018-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE MASTER AGREEMENT
WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City of Grand Terrace is eligible to receive Federal and/or
State funding for certain Transportation Projects, through the California
Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements,
Fund Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be
executed with the California Department of Transportation before such funds
could be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to delegate authorization to execute
a Master Agreement (Administering Agency— State Agreement) No. 08-5421 F15
and any amendments thereto to the City Manager; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Grand Terrace, State of California, hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute
all agreements, including the Master Agreement, and any amendments thereto
with the California Department of Transportation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of May 2018.
