RESOLUTION NO. 78- 1
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING -
INSURANCE COVERAGE AND SURETY BONDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Grand Terrace approves and accepts
the insurance coverage described in the proposal from Morgan
and Franz Insurance , signed by Darlene Johnson and dated
November 29 , 1978, which said proposal is attached hereto.
Section 2 . The City of Grand Terrace approves and accepts
surety bonds for officers and employees of the City required
to be bonded as described in the attachment hereto.
ADOPTED this 30th day of November, 1978 .
