RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE ESTABLISHING DEADLINE FOR
FILING ITEMS TO BE PRESENTED AT REGULAR MEET-
INGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE does hereby
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1. That all items for the City Council agenda are
to be submitted to the City Clerk in writing, in final form,
no later than 12 : 00 o' clock noon, on the eighth day prior to
the regular City Council meeting at which they are to be present-
ed.
Section 2. The requirements of this Resolution shall become
effective on the eighth day of December, 1978 .
ADOPTED this 30th day of November, 1978.
