RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE REQUESTING THE CALIFORNIA
HIGHWAY PATROL TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE TRAFFIC
ENFORCEMENT WITHIN THE CITY
WHEREAS , the City of Grand Terrace is newly incorporated
and the consideration and decision on the question of the method
of providing local law enforcement will require lengthy study
and negotiations :
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The California Highway Patrol is respectfully
requested to continue to furnish traffic enforcement within the
recently incorporated City of Grand Terrace.
ADOPTED this 30th day of November, 1978.
