1978-11 RESOLUTION NO. 78-11
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE APPOINTING THE CITY MANAGER,
ACTING CITY CLERK AND ACTING CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS, the City of Grand Terrace was incorporated on
November 30 , 1978 as a general law city of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that City Manager, Acting City
Clerk and Acting City Treasurer be appointed immediately in
order that the affairs of the City may be properly administered:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1. Seth Armstead is hereby appointed City Manager,
Acting City Clerk and Acting City Treasurer of the City of Grand
Terrace to serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
Section 2 . That Seth Armstead will furnish a corporate
surety bond to be approved by the City Council in such amount
as may be determined by the said City Council, and it shall be
conditioned upon the satisfactory performance of the duties im-
posed as herein prescribed. Any premium for such bond shall be
a proper charge against the City of Grand Terrace.
ADOPTED this 30th day of November, 1978 .
