1978-13 RESOLUTION NO. 78-13
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE APPOINTING THE CHIEF OF
THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FORESTRY AND FIRE
WARDEN DEPARTMENT AS THE CITY FIRE CHIEF FOR
THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
WHEREAS, the City of Grand Terrace is located within
San Bernardino Service Area 38; and,
WHEREAS, said County Service Area 38 provides funding
for fire protection within its boundaries; and,
WHEREAS, the San Bernardino County Forestry and Fire Warden
Department provides the fire protection and rescue service in
County Service Area 38 .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that the Chief
of the San Bernardino County Forestry and Fire Warden Department
is hereby appointed as Fire Chief of the City of Grand Terrace.
ADOPTED this 30th day of November, 1978
