RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE APPOINTING THE COUNTY
SHERIFF OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS
THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE
WHEREAS, Section 36505 of the Government Code requires
the City Council to appoint a Chief of Police:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER that the
Sheriff of the County of San Bernardino is hereby appointed the
Chief of Police of the City of Grand Terrace.
ADOPTED this 30th day of November, 1978 .
