1978-19 RESOLUTION NO. 78-19
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND TERRACE ESTABLISHING THE
CITY COUNCIL AS THE CHARTER COMMISSION
FOR THE PROPOSED GRAND TERRACE CITY
CHARTER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
desires to have the City electorate approve a City Charter at
the April, 1979 election; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to have
the City Council publicly hear arguments for and against said
City Charter and to consider the contents thereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that this
City Charter proposed to be placed on the April, 1979 election
ballot.
ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1978 .
