1978-27 RESOLUTION NO. 78-27
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR STATE
ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL SALES AND USE TAXES
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1 . That the Mayor is hereby directed and authorized
to execute the Agreement for State Administration of Local Sales
and Use Taxes in behalf of the City of Grand Terrace and the City
Council thereof.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward
copies of this Resolution and the Agreement for State Administra-
tion of Local Sales and Use Taxes to the State Board of Equaliza-
tion.
ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1978.
