1979-11 RESOLUTION NO, 79-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE CANVASS
OF THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
THE 5TH DAY OF JUNE, 1979, TO BE MADE BY THE
CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election will be held and conducted in
the City of Grand Terrace, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
on Tuesday, the 5th day of June, 1979, as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires the canvass of said
election to be made by the City Clerk of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIF-
ORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That pursuant to Section 22932.5 of the Elections Code of
the State of California, the canvass of the Special Municipal Election to
be held in the City of Grand Terrace, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, on Tuesday, the 5th day of June, 1979, is hereby ordered
to be made by the City Clerk of the City of Grand Terrace.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of said City shall prior to the 12th
day of June, 1979, complete the canvass of the Special Municipal Election
to be held in said City on the 5th day of June, 1979, and shall certify
the results to this said City Council on the 12th day of June, 1979.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original
Resolutions of said City, and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption
thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City,
in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately.

with Sections 22932 and 27320, Elections Code, and by authority of the City Council
of the City of Grand Terrace, Resolution No. 79-11 .
