2013-12 RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 12 SA i A RESOLUTION OF THE OF SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE ADOPTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2013 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2014 WHEREAS, the Successor Agency to the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Grand Terrace (Successor Agency) has met and duly considered administrative expenses for the period July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014 per the attached schedule; and WHEREAS, staff of the Successor Agency will also include administrative expenses on the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule ROPS for the period July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 (ROPS 13-14A) and January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014 (ROPS 13-14B). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Successor Agency, as follows: SECTION 1. The Board finds and determines that the foregoing recitals are true and correct. SECTION 2. The Board approves the Administrative Budget for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 (attached hereto as Exhibit "A"). SECTION 3. The Executive Director of the Successor Agency is hereby directed to carry out all other acts necessary and required by the Health & Safety Code and any other relevant law to carry out this Resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting the Administrative Budget to the Oversight Board for its review and approval.
