1979-25 RESOLUTION NO. 79-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AP-
PROVING AN ' AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY RELATING TO STREET LIGHTING
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That certain agreement, a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk, between the City of Grand Terrace and
Southern California Edison Company relating to street lighting is hereby
approved.
Section 2. Map (Drawing No. E-1 ) entitled "Street Lights," dated
June 21 , 1979, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" to said agreement, is
hereby specifically approved.
Section 3. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is directed to
attest thereto.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall furnish a copy of said agreement after
it has been approved and fully executed by the City, along with a copy
of this resolution to:
Southern California Edison Company, Joe M. Falkner, P. 0. Box 788,
Rialto, California 92376.
ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1979.
