1979-32 RESOLUTION� NO. 79-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND TERRACE CREATING A COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND
ANDAPPROPRIATING MONEY THEREFOR
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
has declared the need for the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Grand Terrace to function in the community;
and
WHEREAS , the Community Redevelopment Agency is authorized
to transact business and exercise its powers.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace does hereby resolve as follows:
1. There is hereby created in the treasury of the
community a special fund to be known as the "Community Redevelop-
ment Agency Administrative Fund (the "Administrative Fund") .
2 . There is hereby appropriated to the Administrative
Fund, .as a loan to be repaid at the maximum rate of interest
permitted by law, the sum of $ 25,000.00 Said fund
shall be used for the purposes and in the manner set forth
in Health and Safety Code Sections 33601, et seq.
3. Any amendment of the approved budget required in
order to accomplish. theab.ove appropriation is hereby approved.
