RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND AUTH-
ORIZING EXECUTION OF MASTER AGREEMENT NO.
08-5421 , WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPART-
MENT OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace,
California, that it hereby approves Master Agreement No. 08-5.421 , relating
to all Federal-Aid Projects and Program Supplement No. 1 , to said Master
Agreement No. 08-5411 , relating to the Federal-Aid Safety Project at various
locations not on the Federal-Aid Systems in the City of Grand Terrace, by and
between the City of Grand Terrace and State of California Department of
Transportation; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized_4nd
directed to execute said agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Terrace.-
ADOPTED this 16th day- of August, 1979.
