RESOLUTION NO. 79-41
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING FEES PAYABLE FOR ACQUI-
SITION OF SEWER CAPACITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
has passed Ordinance No. 24 providing for the
establishment and collection of fees for the acquisition of
sewer capacity; and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance provides that the basic service
unit fee be established by Resolution as the City Council
deems necessary:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the base service _
unit charge for acquisition of sewer services shall be-- $900. `
ADOPTED this 20th- day of September- , 1979 .
