1979-43 RESOLUTION NO. 79-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, INCREASING "PETTY
CASH" FROM $100 TO $200
WHEREAS, there are numerous occasions when small purchases must
be made for or on behalf of the City; and
WHEREAS, the current petty cash fund of $100.00 established by
Resolution No. 78-15 is not of a sufficient amount for City purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . There is hereby established a renewable petty cash
'.fund' -to be maintained in the office of the City Manager.
SECTION 2. The amount of said fund shall be $200.00.
SECTION 3. Vouchers, receipts, or other evidence of payment shall
fie required before reimbursement shall be made from said petty- cash -fund, in
such. form as shall be re.quired by the City Manager.
SECTION 4. Resolution No. 78-15 is hereby repealed and rescinded
in its- entirety.-
ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 1979.
