1980-14 RESOLUTION NO. 80-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FINE AND/OR
PUNISHMENT FOR INFRACTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 32
PERTAINING TO THE ADVERTISING, DISPLAY AND SALE
TO MINORS OF PARAPHERNALIA COMMONLY ASSOCIATED
WITH'THE-USE OF NARCOTICS
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Grand Terrace to set
realistic penalties for infractions of the regulations established by
Ordinance No.32,. _:an Ordinance pertaining to the advertising, display
and sale to minors of paraphernalia commonly associated with the use of
narcotics;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that infractions of
Ordinance No. be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by
imprisonment for not more than six months or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
