RESOLUTION NO. 80-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF SALARY RANGES FOR EMPLOYEES OF
THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
WHEREAS, a job classification study and, salary survey has-been :
conducted; and
WHEREAS, the results of the study and the survey indicate a need
for adjustments accordingly:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the schedule of salary ranges of the City of
Grand Terrace, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein,
is established as the schedule of salary ranges for the employees of the
City of Grand Terrace.
Section 2. The following job classifications and salary ranges
are hereby established effective July 1 , 1980:

Section 3. That the period of time_ for employee advancement
after satisfactory job performance from Step "A" through. and i'ncludi.ng
Step "E" within any given salary range shall be as follows:
