1980-30 RESOLUTION NO. 80-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ACCEPT-
ING THE ENERGY CONSERVATION ASSISTANCE LOAN
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of California has enacted
the Energy Conservation Assistance Act of 1979; and
WHEREAS, the Energy Conservation Assistance Act of 1979 authorizes
.th.e„California Energy Commission to loan State funds to schools , hospitals,
--'0UT-k-'case institutions and units of local government for financing
energy:-conservati.on• -related projects:
J _NOW-, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of =Grand Terrace 'hereby approves and- accepts the Energy Conservation
Assistance Loan Agreement.
ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1980
