1980-32 RESOLUTION NO. 80-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE FINE FOR
INFRACTION OF REGULATIONS AND ESTABLISHING A
PERMIT FEE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 35 PERTAINING TO
CONDUCTING A GARAGE SALE.
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Grand Terrace to set a
realistic fine for infraction of regulations in, and to establish a permit
fee for, Ordinance No. 35 , an Ordinance pertaining to conducting a garage
sale:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
1 . Infractions of Ordinance No. 35 pertaining to conducting a
garage sale be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00.
2. A fee of $2.00 shall be charged by the City Hall Finance
Department for a Permit to conduct a garage sale.
