1980-33 RESOLUTION NO. 80-33
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR, MAYOR PRO TEMPORE, CITY MANAGER,
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES/FINANCE OFFICER, AND
THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN WARRANTS AND CHECKS
FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF CITY FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is desirable for the orderly administration of
City business that at least five individuals be granted authority to
draw or sign City warrants and checks for the payment of City funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That either the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tempore is
authorized to draw or sign City warrants or checks for the payment of
legal demands against the City. That either the City Manager, Administrative
Services/Finance Officer, or City Clerk must also sign all City warrants or
checks.
Section 2. That these five persons are hereby directed and
authorized to execute signature cards at the official depositories.
