1980-37 RESOLUTION NO. 80-37
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-18, INCREASING FEES PAYABLE FOR AQUISI-
TION OF SEWER CAPACITY.
Paragraph 4 shall be amended to read as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the base service unit charge
for acquisition of sewer services shall be increased from $900.00 to the f
sum of $1 ,240.00, and the charge for each additional drainage fixture unit
as defined in Section 2 of Ordinance No. 33 shall be $50.00.
