1980-43 RESOLUTION NO. 80-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DEPART-
MENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE:

Hereby authorizes the Office of Procurement, Department of General
Services of the State of California to purchase miscellaneous standard supplies
and equipment for and on the behalf of the City of Grand Terrace pursuant to
Section 14814, Government Code, and that the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents
in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City. of Grand Terrace.
