1981-15 RESOLUTION NO. 81-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-26 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND AMENDING PORTIONS
OF RESOLUTION NO. 80-21 PERTAINING TO THE ADOP-
TION OF A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE APPLICABLE
TO THE DESIGNATED OFFICIALS PURSUANT TO THE
POLITICAL REFORM ACT OF 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
DOES RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
SECTION 1 . Resolution No. 80-26 is rescinded in its entirety.
SECTION. 2. Paragraph 2, Section 4.2, Article IV, of Resolution
No. 80-21 is amended to read:
"2. All other persons appointed, promoted, or transferred to
designated positions after the effective date of the Code shall file
statements within thirty (30) days after assuming office. "
SECTION 3: Appendix "A" of Resolution No. 80-21. is amended
to read as the Appendix "A" attached hereto.
