1981-19 RESOLUTION NO. 81-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, MAKING DETERMINATIONS
RELATIVE TO REVISED GRAND TERRACE REDEVELOP-
MENT PLAN; PRELIMINARILY APPROVING DRAFT
SUBSEQUENT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT THERE-
ON; AND AUTHORIZING PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Grand Terrace ( "Redevelopment Agency") has heretofore prepared
and certified a Final Environmental Impact Report on the Grand
Terrace Community Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS , ,it is proposed to revise the Grand Terrace:"1-11 =
Redevelopment Plan ( "Project") ; and � .

WHEREAS, the Initial Study indicates that said Pro.ject..ma_y
have a significant effect on the environment; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has authorized preparation
of an environmental impact report to provide a basis for deter-
mining the environmental impacts of said Project; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has received and reviewed
a draft environmental impact report on said Project entitled:
DRAFT SUBSEQUENT ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT
hereinafter called "Draft EIR" :
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1 . That the City Council hereby preliminarily
approves said Draft EIR and concurs in public review and comment
thereof as authorized and directed by the Redevelopment Agency.
ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 1981 .
