RESOLUTION NO. 81-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-25 AND ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARY
RANGES FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE.
WHEREAS, there is an increased workload caused by the Community
Redevelopment Agency, the sewer billing responsibility, and the increased
services that are being required by the citizens of Grand Terrace; and-
WHEREAS, the Public Service Employment Program has been eliminated,
thus reducing the available City staff;
NOW, THEREFORE,- the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
does hereby resolve the following:
SECTION 1 . That Resolution No. 80-25 is rescinded in its entirety. .
SECTION 2. That the schedule of salary ranges of the City of Grand
Terrace attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" is established
as the schedule of salary ranges for the employees of the City of Grand
Terrace.
SECTION 3. The following job classifications and salary ranges
are hereby established effective April 9, 1981 :

Maintenance & Environmental Leadman 47

Records Manager/Deputy City Clerk 47

Community Services Director a 64
Planning Director 67
Finance/Administrative Services Officer 71
SECTION 4. That the period of time for employee advancement
after satisfactory job performance from Step "A" through and including
Step "E" within any given salary range shall be as follows:
STEP TIME PERIOD
"A" 6 months (or completion of
probationary period)
"B" 1 Year
"C" 1 Year
"D" 1 Year
"E" Indefinite
