1981-35 RESOLUTION NO. 81- 35
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING FY 1981-82 .
CLAIM AMOUNT TO BE FILED PURSUANT TO TDA ARTICLE 8.
WHEREAS, the City of Grand Terrace has been apportioned $120,384.00
from Southern California Associated Governments (SCAG) for the 1981-82 fiscal
year; and
WHEREAS, said City has assigned $5,120.00 for transit purposes to
Omnitrans; thereby leaving a balance of $115,264.00 to be. claimed for Article
8 - Street & Road Purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Grand Terrace hereby claims $115,264.00 and directs said claim be forwarded
along with a certified copy of this Resolution to San Bernardino Associated
Governments (SANBAG) for processing.
ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 1981 .
