1981-41 RESOLUTION NO. 81-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE FIS-
CAL YEARS 1980-81 AND 1981-82 APPROPRIATIONS
LIMIT PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIII-B OF THE STATE CON
STITUTION AS REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT
CODE SECTION 7910.
WHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution was
adopted as Proposition Four at the November, 1979, General Election;
and
WHEREAS, Proposition Four established an Appropriations Limit for
each governmental entity within the State of California; and
WHEREAS, this.Appropriations Limit is unique to each govern-
mental entity and has to be determined annually;
NOW, THEREFORE, the"City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND DEMAND the following:
SECTION 1 . That the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
hereby establishes the FY 1980-81 and FY 1981-82 Appropriations Limit
pursuant to Article XIII-B of :the State Constitution- as required by
California Government Code, `Section 7910.
SECTION 2. That-the -limits determined on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference is the established limit
for FY 1980-81 and FY 1981-82.
SECTION 3. That the• City of Grand Terrace, as shown in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein, has complied with the limit
imposed on appropriations and that all proceeds of taxes were appropriated
for FY 1980-81 and FY' 1981-82.
