1981-49 RESOLUTION NO. 81- 49
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING ORDINANCE .
NO. 2543 OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, BY
REFERENCE, ESTABLISHING FEES CHARGED BY THE CITY
PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND THE CITY BUILDING AND
SAFETY DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Grand Terrace, .by its Ordinance No. 1 ,
has adopted, by reference, all ordinances of the County of San
Bernardino; and
WHEREAS, the County of San Bernardino, by its Ordinance
No. 2543, has provided for adjusted fees charged by the County
Planning Department and Building and Safety Department; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to ensure that these adjusted
fees are included within the fee schedules charged by the City
Planning Department and the City Building and Safety Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
does hereby resolve, determine, and order as follows:
SECTION 1 . That Ordinance. No. 2543 is hereby adopted, by
reference, within the City of Grand Terrace.
SECTION 2. That the charges contained within said County
Ordinance No. 2543 are hereby included in the City fee schedule,
effective July 10, 1981 .
ADOPTED this9th day of July, 1981 .
