RESOLUTION NO. 81-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 81-47 AND ESTABLISHING BAIL AMOUNTS FOR PARK-
ING CITATIONS PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 48.
WHEREAS, on September 30, 1980, by action of the San Bernardino County
Board of Supervisors, the Colton Justice Court, serving the City of Grand
Terrace, was merged into the San Bernardino County Municipal Court; and
WHEREAS, the Colton Justice Court had been authorized to collect bail
resulting from the issuance of parking citations; and
WHEREAS, the City has been deemed the collecting authority; and
WHEREAS, certain bail amounts established in Ordinance No.' 19 were
inadvertently omitted from the Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 81-47;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND DEMAND AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 81-47 is hereby rescinded in its
entirety.

SECTION 2. That the .parking 'citation bail schedule is to be as
indicated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1981.
