1981-68 RESOLUTION NO. 81- 68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, SETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER SELECTION OF A PROPOSAL TO
CONSTRUCT A BROADBAND TWO-WAY COMMUNICATIONS
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace is interested
in obtaining a broadband two-way communications system for the City of Grand
Terrace; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace has adopted a
resolution requesting proposals for the construction and operation of a
broadband two-way communications system for the City of Grand Terrace; and
WHEREAS, a committee has been appointed by the City Council to
evaluate proposals to construct and operate a broadband two-way communications
system for the City of Grand Terrace;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Grand Terrace hereby
declares that a public hearing to consider the selection of a proposal to
construct and operate a broadband two-way communications system within the
City of Grand Terrace shall be held on January 14, 1982, at 6:00 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers, 22731 Grand Terrace Road, Grand Terrace, California.
