1982-08 RESOLUTION NO. 82-08
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING IN ITS
ENTIRETY RESOLUTION NO. 82-05 RELATING TO THE
GENERAL MUNCIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON APRIL 13,
1982.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace has
reconsidered its action at the meeting of January 14, 1982, regarding ordering
the submission to the qualified electors of said City two measures relating to
the election of a Mayor and four City Council Members at the General Muncipal
Election to be held April 13, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER that Resolution
No. 82-05 is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 1982.
