1982-39 RESOLUTION NO. 82-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
MAKING APPLICABLE THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1094.6
OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE PROVIDING FOR
JUDICIAL REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS.
WHEREAS, Section 1094.6(g) of the Code of Civil Procedure permits the
governing body of a local agency to adopt a resolution making Section 1094.6
of the Code of Civil Procedure applicable to such local Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That it is hereby found and determined that the
application of Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure to administrative
decisions of this local agency will provide an orderly and reasonable
procedure for the review of administrative decisions of this Council .
Section 2. That Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure is
hereby made applicable to the administrative decisions of the City Council of
the City of Grand Terrace.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
ADOPTED this 9th day of September, 1982.
