1982-40 RESOLUTION NO. 82-40
AN INTERIM RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NOS. 79-41, 80-18, AND 80-37, AND
ESTABLISHING FEES PAYABLE FOR ACQUISITION OF SEWER
CAPACITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace passed
Ordinance Nos. 24 and 33 providing for the establishment and collection of
fees for the acquisition of sewer capacity; and
WHEREAS, these Ordinances provide that the basic service unit fee be
established by resolutions as the City Council deems necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the base service for acquisition of sewer services
shall be increased from $1,240.00 to the sum of $1,500.00, and the charge for
each additional drainage fixture unit, as defined in Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 33, shall be $60.00.
Section 2. That this Interim Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption through and including October 14, 1982.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 1982.
