1982-44 RESOLUTION NO. 82-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING FEES
PAYABLE FOR ACQUISITION OF SEWER CAPACITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace passed
Ordinance Nos. 24 and 33 providing for the establishment and collection of
fees for the acquisition of sewer capacity; and
WHEREAS, these Ordinances provide that the basic service unit fee be
established by resolutions as the City Council deems necessary;
WHEREAS, Interim Resolution No. 82-41 rescinded Resolution Nos. 79-41,
80-18, AND 80-37 and provided for an interim increase of fees payable for
acquisition of sewer capacity;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the base service for acquisition of sewer services
shall be increased from $1,240.00 to the sum of $1,500..00, and the charge for
each additional drainage fixture unit, as defined in Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 33, shall be $60.00.
1982. Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective October 15,
ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 1982.
