1982-49 RESOLUTION NO. 82- 49
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ITS RULES AND
REGULATIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF PERSONNEL
MATTERS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE II, SECTION 1, OF
ORDINANCE NO. 12.
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the addition of one Floating
Holiday for regular full-time employees which, pursuant to Article II,
Section 1, of Ordinance No. 12, requires an amendment to the City's Rules and
Regulations for the Administration of Personnel Matters;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 6.1.1 be added to Rule VI of the Rules and
Regulations for the Administration of Personnel Matters to read as follows:
"6.1.1 Floating Holiday
"Employees appointed to full -time regular positions shall be
entitled to one floating holiday per calendar year, to be taken
within that Calendar year and coordinated with his or her
supervisor."
ADOPTED this 28th day of October, 1982.
