1982-53 RESOLUTION NO. 82-53
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING
CHARGES FOR PERMIT AND INSPECTION PURSUANT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 64 WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace has adopted
Ordinance No. 64 which provides for the establishment of permit and inspection
charges within the City of Grand Terrace by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish such charges in order to collect
adequate funds to cover the costs of the services rendered by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Permit and inspection charges shall be collected prior to
issuance of permit, except for Public Service Companies.
SECTION 2. Public Service Companies shall be billed for the costs of
permit and inspection fees at the end of each month for the permits issued to
such companies during the previous calendar month.
Ii1 SECTION 3. The Schedule of Fees for permit and inspection fees shall
be in accordance with Schedule A, attached hereto, and made part hereof.
SECTION 4. That the permit fee for multiple items of work under a
single`,permit shall be paid for one item and one item only, and the highest
value of permit fee item shall govern; however, inspection fees shall be
cumulative for all items of work.
