1983-43 RESOLUTION NO. 83-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPLICA-
TION FOR FUNDING UNDER THE LIBRARY SERVICES AND
CONSTRUCTION ACT (LSCA-II) .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Approves the filing of an application for the Library
Services and Construction Act (LSCA-II).
SECTION 2. Certifies that said Agency has the required matching funds
available for the Project.
SECTION 3. Appoints Edward R. Clark, Finance/Administrative Services
Officer, as Agent of the City of Grand Terrace to negotiate and sign all
necessary, forms and documents.
